Joining a committee is one of the most effective forms of networking and a great way to
get involved with the HBA of Greater Austin. Choose your area of interest to request
more information how you can be a part of a committee:
Associate Membership: Associate members provide products or services to home builders; essentially any company that does business with members in the home building industry. They sell lumber, windows, appliances, etc. or offer services such as mortgage finance. To learn more about associate membership, contact us at email@example.com or call (512) 454-5588.
Builder Membership: Builders are the heart and soul of HBAGA. Builder members are directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, and light commercial builders.
Developer Membership: Developer members include land development companies who oversee acquisition of property and the subsequent planning and use of the land. To find if you would be best suited for a Developer membership, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (512) 454-5588.
Builder & Developer Members: Builder and Developer membership dues are
determined by an applicant’s annual unit or sales volume for the preceding 12month
Your membership investment also includes a membership to the State and National
Association, so unless indicated otherwise, all dues levels include $198 to the National
Association of Home Builders and $129 to the Texas Association of Builders.
By adding someone as an Affiliate member – they are more than just another contact in the system. The Affiliate Membership enables the additional individual/employee of the main contact to reap the full rewards of HBAGA membership at a fraction of the cost, as they will be an official member of record with the local, state and national associations. To learn more about Affiliate Memberships, contact Amy Martin at (512) 982-9173.
