They are very easy to communicate with and go above and beyond to make sure everything is just the way you would want it. All their employees are very friendly and very dedicated to their job as well as extremely knowledgeable. They use nothing but the best of the best materials. I believe them to be one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Nice cutting corners and no getting the run around. If you are looking to build a beautiful custom home in South Texas or Austin I highly recommend you contact them. All their employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendl. It's was an AMAZING seamless experience working with them.

Response to Defamatory Review by Mark Streem:
It has come to our attention that a review has been posted by Mark Streem of Streem Foundation Repair in Corpus Christi. We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review. Mark Streem was terminated from one of our projects due to consistent lack of performance and failure to meet the established standards of quality we uphold. It's regrettable that he has chosen to respond in this manner by posting negative reviews.
We take immense pride in maintaining the highest levels of quality and professionalism in all our projects. Our decision to terminate Mark Streem was based on our commitment to deliver excellence to our clients. It is disappointing to see these unfounded allegations, as we remain dedicated to the satisfaction of our clients and the integrity of our work.
We want to assure our clients and the public that we will take the necessary legal steps to address this situation appropriately. Defamation is a serious matter, and we will not tolerate false information that tarnishes our reputation built on years of hard work and dedication. Had privilege to work the seven custom homes. Happy with the end results.
Seven custom homes did a wonderful work for us. We might not have our dream home built as per our expectations if we had hired some other builder. We have had complains of delays in construction form our many relatives and the final result too didn't met their expected demand. They respected us from all aspects giving us attention for whatever we wanted to say and discussed throughout the project. They provided impressive services no doubts. Seven Custom Homes is the best! Seven Custom Homes was great and has the best quality work throughout Texas. They benefited as much as possible from my financial plan. They made me realize that quality is far superior than quantity. Utilize their administrations, you won't be baffled.
