Browsing Austin and had to stop at this cabinet store and boy let me tell you, I was impressed. Greetings from the moment we walked in by both owners and their project manager. Their showrooms was beautiful and quality of merchandise is top of the line. I highly recommend stopping in if your working on remodeling your homes. They definitely have high quality and free estimates which is awesome! We will definitely be back again!

We had a great experience with Cabinet IQ. Nick took initial measurements and helped pick out a cabinet design we love. Jim and Amber communicated well with us and were ahead of schedule. David even came out after install several times to fine tune and get everything just right once appliances went in. Overall excellent service.

We contracted with Cabinets Plus to replace our countertops and backsplash. Unfortunately our job incurred a few hiccups. The installers dropped the ball....but not the owner of Cabinets Plus (Michael ). He stepped in and immediately got to work having the errors corrected. Our designer (Linda) came to our home to assess the situation and reported back to Michael). We were worried to say the least ...you hear about seniors being scammed all the time. You don't need to worry when dealing with this company. Michael is an honorable and reliable owner. He sent in experts (Stephan and Anthony) and they corrected the mistakes and finished our job. Our kitchen is beautiful!
I would highly recommend this company ( even with the issues we had), in fact maybe more so now that I know what outstanding customer service Michael's company provides.

Submitted a quote request through Yelp with a description of what we were trying to do as far as updating a bathroom countertop. Everyone else wanted to come measure and go over things, these guys took the measurements and the generics, gave me a quote, scheduled a measurement, took 5 minutes measuring and showed up a few days later to do the install.
They were prompt. Wore masks, did good work with materials that were better than I expected. I always got notice when they were on the way. There was a delay in the granite and they let me know ahead of the original appointment and immediately rescheduled.

Wife called with some questions and we did as asked to gather up necessary dimensions and even a picture. Then took time to go in and chat about options. Once there no-one greeted us for 10 minutes while multiple people were seen in the office area. Finally when acknowledged we were treated like children from mars and he said had no idea why we would just bring in dimensions : / . Did finally, reluctantly, half heartedly look up our brand and said then said a flat "nothing we can do to help you" We left and will never go back. Anyone that asks about cabinets or counters will be steered away from this store. Tip: treat your customer like they keep you in business.

Hi Stan, I reviewed the store video tape from this day. We have been experiencing more than double the business we normally have due to the recent storm and have been doing our best to serve everyone on a first-come-first-serve basis. I'm sure you saw how busy we were when you came in. On our website, it does say appointments encouraged. We only have 2 designers staffing our showroom on Saturdays and we helped you at our first availability. We sat down with you and your wife and showed you that with the cabinet line you currently have, they don't make the cabinets you need to add to your existing cabinets in order to reach the ceiling. I'm sorry we could not help you and you're entitled to your opinion of how the situation was handled. In my opinion, this review is unfair and not in line with the customer service we provide.

He carefully measured and created a functional and detailed 3D plan and estimate. He stayed in communication with us regarding delivery and installation. Jose then assembled and installed them perfectly. The level of communication from Michael and his guys is superb. Cabinets Plus will definitely be my go-to for future projects. Thank y'all so much!

UPDATE: The owner reached out shortly after this review and as of 10/3 the cabinets have been fixed and we are satisfied.

Our contractor recommended them and we've been working with Nick. Despite ordering our cabinets and countertops and being promised everything would be installed by mid-August, here we are THREE weeks into September and our kitchen is still a mess and according to our contractor he can't get any firm communication or date from Nick at cabinets plus when it will be finished. They incorrectly cut our stone for our island completely forgetting the overhang for the bar, they forgot key shelving elements we had discussed, trim pieces need to be reglued, crown molding that was in rendering wasn't included and when asked, we were provided an option that looks completely different and we didn't like it, measurements were supposed to align with current layout but cabinets were short on one run causing us additional expense to re-tile etc.... all in all these "issues" have yet to be resolved and the fact that we can't get a confirmed date of when it will be fixed is unacceptable. We've had to change our move date 3 times because of these delays and having recently just had a baby this has been the worst experience I've ever had and will never recommend or work with cabinets plus again. Doubting at this point our kitchen will ever get fixed.
