Wouldn't have a conversation with me over the phone regarding a range of price per sq ft. Insisted to come on site for a quote before having a conversation. Seemed like a rigid policy to me. My time is valuable and their's should be too. If we're too far away on price, why do I waste two hours staying home to see where they land generally. Would not recommend.

Great sales staff no pressure and agreed on exactly what I needed installed for a rain water collection system. Installers were great and very professional! Two days later we got 3.5 inches of rain in less than an hour! Gutters and leaf guards worked perfectly! I couldn't be happier!

I enjoyed working with this company. Their sales process was very "no pressure". In fact, they maybe need to add a tiny bit of pressure because I dragged my feet on getting the gutters done for a while, ha!

They came out and installed the gutters to the agreed specifications. The color, design, and install looked great.

And they recently came out 2 or 3 years after install to do a few tune-ups that were covered under warranty. Warranty specialist was very friendly and did a quality repair.

AGK installed gutters over a paver patio that was put in in November of 2020. Gutters look great.

Several pavers had large gouges taken out of them with loose rock still in the newly damaged holes. I called the next day to discuss the damage, I was told that they were like that before they started the job. They absolutely were not. He said he'd check with a manager and call me back. He never did. I emailed and called 4 days later and was assured I'd be called back and never was.

This not a review of the work that AGK performs, but rather a heartfelt thank you to Bob who managed to take care of us even though we didn't ultimately use their service (which I have no doubt would have been fantastic work). Bob operates with honesty and integrity, a rarity in this booming Austin market - and as first-time homeowners we heartily thank him for it.

This is the second home we've owned where we used Austin Gutter King (AGK) for new gutters. Both experiences were great. In the most recent case our old gutters sustained hail damage. We contacted AGK and received a rapid response and a fair proposal. All along the way communication was outstanding. Installation went great with good cleanup. We're very satisfied.

Obtained several bids, AGK is definitely the priciest. Best part was their Quality Inspection after the job was completed. Justin was awesome! He came out 4 days after gutters were installed and did a thorough inspection and repaired any defects. Gutters look great

Once again AGK came through. Debris had become lodged in one of our downspouts. After reviewing a brief video captured in a hard spring rain the technician that came out immediately took after the problem. The location was quickly identified and repaired. Interestingly the backup did not manifest itself at the site of the clog but significantly further back in the gutter system. AGK had installed our new gutters and downspouts a couple years back after the original gutters were wiped out in a severe hailstorm. The look and efficiency of their product is so far better than the original product. Now this event shows their customer support to be exemplary as well.

These guys are just awesome. I can unhesitantly recommend AGK for any gutter work you may need.

I called for a bid for installing gutters on a house that had never had them, and was experiencing drainage issues because of it. Why do builders sell a house without gutters? Added cost. That must be part of why there's always a waiting list to get gutters in this town.

Jon, one of their salesmen, responded the same day to my call, came out that week to measure and show me options, and put together a clear, detailed, and competitive estimate very quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional, and made recommendations based on the slope of my roof, the grade of the lot, and the goal of getting the rainwater to drain off the roof, around the house, and out to the street.

His estimate included photos of each side of my house with red lines where the gutters would go, itemized costs, and a total that was competitive with the other major company I've used in the past. Part of why I chose AGK instead was that the estimate was so clear.

I received an email from the office saying that I was added to the installation queue, which could take a couple of weeks, and that they would call to give me the installation day when It was nigh. I had to pay half up front and wait. Not my favorite way to do business, but I went with it. In the meantime, we experienced torrential rains and I had water lapping at the shores of the foundation, and they were nice enough to make sure that my installation was prioritized.

The installer showed up on time, worked diligently all day, and my gutters look great. We did have an issue with a couple of things, and their quality inspector gladly fixed those when he came out a couple of weeks later to inspect the job. They were always responsive to my calls and emails. I'd definitely use them again.

Was having new Hardy Board siding put on the house and had to have the gutters removed and then replaced. The workers from Austin Gutter King did a great job, arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable and professional. If I need gutter work, I would hire them again.

Just a note - if you ever have to remove gutters, then have the same ones replaced, consider just getting new gutters. Looking back, that is what I should have done.
